These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by CookinGlobe (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking or participating in our cooking classes, you agree to these Terms.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、CookinGlobe（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するすべてのサービスに適用されます。
クラスを予約・参加される際には、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
Reservations & Payments｜予約と支払い
Reservations can be made via our website or direct inquiry.
Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure online payment system (e.g., Square or Stripe).
Please refer to our Legal Notice for statutory information about pricing and payment.
予約はウェブサイトまたは直接のお問い合わせにて受け付けています。
お支払いは予約時に、SquareまたはStripe等の安全なオンライン決済システムにより全額前払いとなります。
価格や支払いに関する法定情報は、特定商取引法に基づく表記をご確認ください。
Cancellation & Rescheduling｜キャンセル・日程変更
We understand that travel plans may change.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
旅行計画の変更は起こり得るものと理解しています。キャンセルまたは日程変更をご希望の場合は、できるだけ早くご連絡ください。
As a general rule, CookinGlobe will first offer rescheduling to another available date.
If rescheduling is not possible or declined, a refund will be made according to the schedule below.
原則としてCookinGlobeはまず別日程への振替をご案内し、振替が不可能または希望されない場合は以下の基準で返金します。

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original booking.
返金はお支払いに使用された決済方法を通じて行われます。
If the class must be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, instructor illness, or facility issues),
participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
天災・講師の体調不良・施設トラブル等でクラスを中止する場合は、代替日程または全額返金にて対応いたします。
Participant Responsibilities｜参加者の責任
Participants are expected to follow the instructor’s safety guidance and handle all equipment and ingredients responsibly.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the class without refund.
受講者は講師の安全指示に従い、器具や食材を適切に扱う責任があります。
指示に従わない場合、返金なしで受講をお断りすることがあります。
Health, Safety & Allergies｜健康・安全・アレルギー
We strive to accommodate dietary needs when informed in advance, but our kitchen may contain allergens such as soy, wheat, nuts, shellfish, and fish products.
事前にお知らせいただいた場合は可能な範囲で対応いたしますが、調理環境には大豆・小麦・ナッツ・魚介類などのアレルゲンが含まれる可能性があります。
Participation is voluntary, and all participants are responsible for their own health and safety.
参加は自己責任で行われるものとし、健康・安全管理は参加者ご自身にてお願いいたします。
Liability Disclaimer｜免責事項
CookinGlobe is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of property, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.
CookinGlobeは、参加中のケガ・事故・物品の紛失、またはそれに付随する損害について一切の責任を負いません。
Photography & Media｜写真・メディア利用
Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional use on our website or social media.
If you prefer not to appear, please inform us in advance.
クラス中に写真・動画を撮影し、ウェブサイトやSNS等で使用する場合があります。
映り込みを希望されない場合は、事前にお知らせください。
Intellectual Property｜知的財産権
All class materials, written content, images, videos, and other materials created or provided by CookinGlobe are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
CookinGlobeが作成または提供する教材・コンテンツ等は著作権により保護されており、事前の書面許可なく複製・配布・商用利用することを禁じます。
Governing Law & Jurisdiction｜準拠法および裁判管轄
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、紛争が生じた場合は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
